1. Q: How will I receive the products once I've made a purchase? A: Well of course that depends on which products you purchase. For physical products (CD's, Books, etc.), we will ship the product out to the shipping address on your account. For digital products (E-books, Coaching call recordings, etc.), you will download the files directly from our site. The download links will be on your sent via email and you can also find them on your order once you've logged into your online store account.
2. Q: How do I read the E-book products that I purchase? A: You will need a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Visit www.adobe.com to download it. Some of our documents may be in Microsoft Word format. You will need this product to read those documents.
3. Q: What is the format of your audio products such as Coaching Calls and how do I listen to them? A: Our Coaching Calls and other audible products are in MP3 format. You can listen to the calls on your media player on your computer. You can also transfer the calls to an mp3 player to listen to. Our calls on CD are in zipped (compressed) format and will need to be extracted on your computer. These CDs are not audio CDs so you can not listen to them on a CD player or your car stereo.
4. Q: Do I need to create an account while making a purchase? A: Yes. You will need to use your email address and a password to access your account. Once you log in to your account (the "Sign In" link is in the Online Store), you will be able to edit your settings, access download links, and view your purchase history. If you lose or forget your password, our system can automatically send it via the email that we have on file.

5. Q: I downloaded the product. Where did it go? A: It depends on which browser you're using and where you've previously downloaded something from another site. Sometimes downloaded files go directly to your "Desktop", your "My Documents" folder. The Mozilla Firefox browser has a downloads window. Right-click on the downloaded item and open the folder that has the download in it.
6. Q: I cannot download the product. What's going on? A: Your browser security settings are preventing and blocking the download from starting. You'll need to check and change your browser settings and re-try the download.
